This is from Earl Shaof's book which was originally a seminar he did called, how to become a millionaire. This book actually provides some great insight into a concept of "planting seeds" which I discuss in detail in this episode. Earl Shaof was Jim Rohn's mentor which was Tony Robbin's mentor. Earl had a major impact on Jim's life and I could see why from the power of this little thin book on financial success. It's interesting to study mentors of mentors because it's clear the philosophies helped them achieve great things.
